1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph655 ("ph655," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph655 website located at ph655.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the ph655 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ph655, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph655 Platform and close your account if one has been created.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the ph655 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing ph655 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ph655, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph655 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ph655 or any applicable regulatory authority.

ph655 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph655 may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 2. ph655 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a player's misrepresentation of their eligibility.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ph655 services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one ph655 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. ph655 may merge or close duplicate accounts and may withhold balances pending investigation.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph655 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph655 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify ph655 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• KYC Verification: ph655 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID) and proof of address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph655 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: ph655 aims to process GCash withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Verification: ph655 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. ph655 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from accounts not in your name may be reversed and your account suspended.
• Anti-Money Laundering: ph655 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. ph655 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph655 may apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph655 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph655 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
• ph655 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• ph655 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Bonuses have expiry dates as specified in individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ph655 Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. ph655 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payout calculations, ph655 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account.
• ph655 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game, market, or player account at its sole discretion.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets placed after a suspension may be voided.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, ph655 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its technical failure policy. ph655's decision in such matters is final.
• ph655 game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games and by real-time physical processes for live dealer games. All RNG systems are independently audited for fairness.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph655 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the ph655 Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned to ph655.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the ph655 Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the ph655 Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph655 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the ph655 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph655 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ph655 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph655 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph655 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ph655 content.
• Use ph655 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the ph655 Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of ph655 intellectual property may result in legal action. ph655 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

ph655 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the ph655 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph655 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and ph655 cannot guarantee absolute security.

ph655 will not sell your personal data to third parties. ph655 may share data with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the ph655 service.

10 Responsible Gaming

ph655 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. ph655 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the ph655 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

ph655 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. If ph655 has reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, it will suspend the account immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph655 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ph655 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the ph655 Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ph655's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers, subject to ph655's manifest error policy in Section 6.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the ph655 Platform, including betting tips, odds, or game statistics.

ph655's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph655's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination & Suspension

ph655 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the ph655 Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.
• Cessation of ph655's operations in whole or in part.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, ph655 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned to the player after deduction of any amounts owed to ph655, subject to completion of KYC verification and AML checks.

You may close your ph655 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after all pending bets are settled.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph655, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ph655 at [email protected]. ph655 will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution.

ph655's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error as described in Section 6.
